The server update is almost complete (the last few details remain), the website is running at normal speed, it might take 8-10 seconds to load questions when you first select the topics, but after that, it would run smoothly.
As always you also have the option to use IOS and Andriod App.

We are aware of the issue regarding Qbank's Slow loading issues, we are working to fix the issues. Due to the recent change in Server, we had to restore the entire website database, our developers are working round the clock to get it back as soon as possible, sorry for the inconvenience.
If you having an issue with the website, please use the App of HOQB. You can download the HOQB app from Apple Store or Andriod Store. Your login email and password are the same.

ISSUE LIKE PASSWORD NOT RECOGNIZING MIGHT BE DUE TO THE BROWSER CACHE.
Here are some steps you need to follow to clear your cache data:
1. Clear browser cache, history, cookies using a program like Ccleaner (windows), CleanmyMac(Mac OS)
2. Restart the computer and router. If it's still not working then go to the next step.
3. You might also need to Flush the DNS
